주문을 잘못 알아듣고 다른거 나왔다고 하니까 아니라고 뒤에 있던 사장?까지 합세해서 말싸움을 하더군요. 사장님들이 나이가 젊어서 그런지 고객응대가 안좋은듯 하네요. 그냥 말로 해도 될 문제를 동네싸움으로 만들 필요가 있었나 싶네요. 다음에는 잘 대응하길 바랍니다
