또한 오래된 연식 대비해서 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 주차장도 깨끗하고 다른 아파트 대비 주차장이 넓직합니다. 오션시티에서 10년 넘게 살았지만 롯데캐슬아파트가 주차는 가장 쾌적합니다. 주차 스트레스로부터 벗어날 수 있어 너무 행복한 곳.
분리수거장, 아파트 내 휴게시설, 크리스마스 트리 등 관리 잘 된 아파트의 면모를 제대로 보여주는 곳 입니다.
