★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강서구 일대에서 가장 훌륭한 이탈리안 레스토랑입니다. 파스타와 피자에 있어서는 그 어디에 내어놓아도 손색없을 뛰어난 맛을 보여줍니다.
가격도 착한 편이고, 서비스도 좋습니다. 상가 건물 안에 있다는 점이 분위기에 있어서는 조금 약점이지만, 그래도 뉴욕을 중심으로 활동하는 미술작가 ‘리찌’의 그림으로 꾸며진 내부 인테리어가 개성있으면서도 꽤나 세련되어 보입니다.
어설픈 레시피와 냉동 음식이 뒤섞인 요즘 흔해빠진 파스타/피자 레스토랑이 아니라 주인 셰프분께서 제대로 이탈리안 음식에 대한 공부를 하고 직접 주방에서 요리를 하는 레스토랑입니다.
테이블에서 조리하는 공간이 살짝 보이는데 그래서 더 신뢰가 가기도 하고, 부주방장님과 호흡을 척척 맞추면서 멋드러진 음식을 빠른 시간내에 만들어 내어놓는 걸 보면 마치 예전 공효진과 이선균 주연의 드라마 ‘파스타’가 생각납니다.
파스타와 피자가 주 메뉴인데 사이드 메뉴의 맛도 상당히 훌륭합니다. 감자뇨끼, 폭립, 그리고 스테이크까지..!!!
아마 이 정도 퀄리티에 별도의 독립 건물을 가진 레스토랑이었다면 부산에서는 No.1 이탈리안 레스토랑이 되지 않을까 싶네요. 그렇잖아도 맛있는 식당없는 부산 강서구에서 최고로 손꼽는 레스토랑입니다. 강력 추천.
 This is the best Italian restaurant in the Gangseo-gu area. When it comes to pasta and pizza, it has an excellent taste that can be placed anywhere else.
The price is good and the service is good. The fact that it is inside a commercial building is a little weak in the atmosphere, but the interior interior decorated with the paintings of the artist'Rich', a New York-based artist, looks unique and quite stylish.
It is not a pasta/pizza restaurant that is common these days with a mixture of clumsy recipes and frozen food, but a restaurant where the owner chef properly studies Italian food and cooks in the kitchen.
I can see the cooking space at the table slightly, so it is more trustworthy, and when I see the vice chef and the chef and cook a nice food in a short time, it reminds me of the former drama'Pasta' starring Gong Hyo-jin and Lee Sun-gyun.
The main menu is pasta and pizza, but the side menu tastes great. Potato gnocchi, pork ribs, and even steak..!!!
Probably, if it was a restaurant with this quality and a separate building, it would be the No.1 Italian restaurant in Busan. Even so, it is one of the best restaurants in Gangseo-gu, Busan, with no delicious restaurants. Highly recommended.
