★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did their absolute best to help us with the questions regarding public transportation. The staff member showed us the highlights of the city for our 7 day trip, but forgot to mention a few interesting places. She spoke perfect English and was able to answer all the questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am amazed by the helpfulness of the staff and kudoz to the people working there. We came here twice with what I must admit where pretty unusual and uncommon questions.
Not only where they able to successfully answer our inquiries, but on the one occasion we expected to receive no adequate resolution, they went above and beyond to research online (for quite a bit of time I might add) to offer alternatives to what we were looking for.
I can’t mention enough how helpful they have been and as someone who travels a lot, this is just mind blowing to me. I rarely give five star reviews and this is one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I've lost my item in a bus (152) around 7pm. I've made a report a few minutes before 8pm (their closing time).
Next morning, around 10:57 am I got an email from this center. At 12:30 pm, I got back my item (delivered to this tourist center). I'm very impressed since I thought that I will not have a chance to get my item back because my flight's around 3:55pm.
A big thank you to the staff at this center, the delivery guy and thank you Korea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spot was very easy to find. The staff speak English and they are very helpful. They answered all our questions. We picked up our Discover Seoul Pass here. They also have a free hanbok photo shoot (with your own camera) and lots of souvenirs. I would definitely recommend tourists to check this place out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy the Discover Seoul Pass, but faced some problems with the card. The staff at the tourist center helped me first thing the next day, and called all the attractions I wanted to go to to ensure that I would not have any problems. They also gave me a card and contact details in Korean to make my trip easier. Very friendly and helpful.
