★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 擦ったにんにくがたっぷりと掛けられた豚足です。
台湾で食べた豚足が物凄く美味しかったのでそれ以来ファンになりました。
いわゆる日本の焼き鳥屋さんで出てくる豚足とは大違いです。
ぷりぷりの皮と歯ごたえのある肉が食感が違ってて美味しいし、プルプルでコラーゲンたっぷり〜
サラダも付いてます〜！
なんとわさびドレッシングで鼻が抜けるほど効いてた〜(笑);
そして骨が多いとこはビニール手袋を付けて手掴みで頂きました〜(^｡^)/
明日は間違いなく若返ってるな(笑);

The pork legs I ate in Taiwan were so delicious that I became a fan since then.
It is a big difference from the so-called pork legs that come out at Japanese Yakitori shops.
The texture of the crust and crunchy meat are different and it is delicious, and the collagen is plentiful with pull-pull ~
I also have a salad ~!
It was working so well that the nose came off with wasabi dressing ~ (lol);
And boney tofu put on plastic gloves and grabbed by hand ~ (^. ^) /
