非常不推?? 服務態度非常差,外文菜單和韓文菜單內容不一,食物超重鹹!!
服務員對外國人的態度很差,對本地人就很有禮貌,跟服務生說要點餐時,他看了我們一眼就走掉,並沒有要搭理我們的意思,還得再親自去廚房請其他人
點餐時的另一位店員態度也是很不耐煩,後來拿到帳單時發現金額不對,才發現外文菜單根本標示不全,我們加點了total toppings和cheese各一,中英文菜單上只標示6500和4000,但是帳單上卻是8500和6000,才知道原來外文菜單上只有2人份價格,而因為我們有4個人所以需要加價 → 要加價我完全可以接受,但是整個點餐過程,店員完全沒有任何告知,而且外文菜單上也沒有任何標示說"加點的部分會依照人數不同而調整價格"(只有韓文菜單有,但是不懂韓文的外國人也不會再去看韓文菜單的內容是否一樣啊),也沒有詢問我們是否只要加點2人份的就好 (我們當初就是覺得加點只是一般的一小份,所以才又多加點了topping和cheese,誰知道兩個加點都是4人份的量),明明點餐過程都是以英文交流溝通,點餐人員的英文也還算流利,但是卻沒有半點提醒告知就直接都算4人份,不免令人不滿
可以說的出口的地方就只有上菜速度,雖然需要炒好才上桌,但實際等待時間不會太長,but!!食物一吃進去之後我只想狂灌水,醬料超級重鹹,吃沒幾口就膩了,只能搭配醃蘿蔔和生菜一起吃,不然根本鹹到爆,可是這樣就又吃不到起司和雞肉味?整個吃到厭世又不能浪費食物??
重點還在後面,我們快吃完的時候,幫我們點餐的店員走來我們旁邊桌,一副要我們趕快吃完趕快走的意思,雖然他沒有明確的講出來,不過整個餐廳還有一堆空桌,唯獨走來我們的隔壁桌,在那邊刮鐵鍋、敲筷子、敲桌子、還一副不耐煩的表情,任何人看到這裡應該都不會想繼續待下去了,於是我們就立馬收拾結帳走人,後來走出"店外"剛好有廁所(但裡面正有人使用),等廁所裡的人出來時,剛才那個店員又走出店來,看了我一眼直接進去上,完完全全無視排隊的我,excuse me? 你有事嗎?傻眼如我後來就直接回飯店上廁所了,一刻都不想再待??
這家真的是我在韓國旅程中印象最差的一家店,從服務態度到食物都是滿滿的差評,從來沒對一家店這麼失望(幾乎所有我光顧過的店都是給好評的,唯獨這家一點都不推?),我自認在整個過程中態度都是十分和善的,即便遇到白目店員也是和顏悅色的回應,只能說大家注意不要重蹈覆轍,希望他們能改善改善,但就目前而言是非常不推的??

こちらに行ってみました。
週末の夜でしたが
場所が明洞の外れでビルの2階なのですぐに入店できました。
カンナム店ではコンロに火を入れてくれて
テーブルでグツグツチーズをとかしながらいただきますが…こちらはすでに出来上がったものが出てきます!
まずそこにビックリしました。
鶏肉にあまり味が染みていなくて…
はっきり言って美味しくなかったです。
1人だけ日本語が少し通じるスタッフ方がいて席の案内とオーダーまでは対応してくださいました。
他のスタッフの方は
お料理を運んでくるときも無言…
お会計の際にも無言で対応されたのには驚きでした。
タッカルビのお店は明洞に沢山あるので
こちらにはもう行かないかな…
