화정족발은 일산 일대에서는 원래도 알려져 있지만,
득히 문산 근처에서는 다른 족발집보다도 괜찮다.
매운족발의 양념이 맛있고, 고기는 잘 삶아서 질기거나 퍽퍽하지 않고, 껍질도 잘 익어서 쫀득하다.

I really like Seoul Satisfaction Five Hyanggjokbal but I haven't eaten since I came to Munsan. Moist and swelling is less than five flavored feet, but it's a delicious hog that melts gently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 본래 체인점은 행복한추억이 드물어서 발길이 잘 가지 않게 되는 저 이지만 이집 만큼은 장충동에서 서로 원조쌈 하는 집들 중에 골라가는듯 가게 되는집 입니다.
족발전문 체인이지만 문산쪽에서 여타의 족발집과는 다르게 냄새도 없고 정성껏 잘 삶아진 족발이라는 느낌 팍 듭니다.
살은 적당히 졸깃하고 껍데기는 야들야들하고 보쌈김치와 그 김치에 싸여서 나오는 무말랭이가 궁합이 아주 좋습니다.
메뉴를 시키시면 본 메뉴 나오기전에 에피타이져아닌 에피로 하절기에는 묵사발이 나오고 동절기에는 오뎅탕을 서비스 해주시지요
딱 술 안주 됩니다ㅎㅎ
제가 술을 좀 좋아합니다.
술 좋아하시는 분들은 매장에 소주술장고가 있는점 또한 잇점 이지요.
살얼음 소주 한잔에 족발한점 크~
인원수 3인 이상이시면 곁들이 메뉴 떡볶이 와 막국수 시키시면 술안주에 더이상 보탬이 필요 없을 듯 합니다.
문산에서 족발은 화정족발 추천 합니다.
족발이 맛있다보니 친절한 사장님은 덤인가요ㅎ
