★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인터넷으로 복사 용지를 주문하였습니다. 입금후에도 몇일 동안 사이트에 입금확인이 안돼서 문의 전화를 2번이나 했었습니다. 그때마다 확인해 보고 연락 주겠다고 한뒤 연락이 온적은 없었네요.
8일날 입금 후 오늘14일에 먼저 전화가 와서 곧 배송오는가 보다 했는데, 단종이라서 환불해 준다고 하네요. 단종된 제품을 왜 판매하는 건지,몇일이나 기다린 시간이 너무 아깝네요,,, 문의전화를 두번했던것도 서로 전달 받지 못했던듯 서로 핑계대기 바쁘네요.
환불은 담당자가 내일쯤에나 해 준다고 하는데 얼마나 더 걸릴지 모르겠네요. 게다가 상담내내 말도 짧게 하고 10월 14일 수요일 12시 쯤 통화주셨던 여성 담당자분 정말 불친절하시네요.
