★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진짜진짜 제대로된 막국수. 양도 넉넉하다. 주문즉시 만드는 순메밀면과 정성스런 손만두는 이 집 요리의 정체성이다. 대기실이 따로 있어 웨이팅 환경도 좋다.
 Really good Makguksu. The amount is generous. Instant buckwheat noodles made with order and carefully hand-made dumplings are the identity of this home cooking. Waiting environment is good because there is separate waiting room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제대로 된 #막국수 깔끔한 진한맛이 흥을 돋군다. 이렇게 깔끔하게 맛있는 막국수집이 있었나 싶다. 특히 물막국수의 육수가 기가막히다. 가격은 9000원으로 조금은 아쉽다.
Proper #Makguksu The refreshing and rich taste is exciting. I wonder if there was such a clean and delicious Makguksu restaurant. Especially, the broth of Mulmakguksu is amazing. The price is 9,000 won, which is a bit unfortunate.

산미가 육수를 진하게 느끼게 만들어주지만
간이 세지는 않다.
식을 수록 산미는 세진다.
들기름 막국수는 간과 기름의 밸런스가 좋지만
살짝 뭔가 비어있는듯한 헛헛함이 있다.
비빔 막국수의 양념은 상당히 고심해서 세팅한 듯 하다.
맵지도 않고 맛이 좋다.
그래도 이 중 원픽은 조화로운 육수와
식감과 향이 좋은 순면의 물막국수다.
