★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 천연효모를 이용하여 만든 남해 독일마을 초입에 위치한 빵집.
전반적으로 빵들에 신맛이 느껴지는데 이집의 특징인듯 하다.
무화과 치아바타 (1만원)를 비롯해 몸에 좋은 재료로 만든 맛있는 빵들이 많다.
다만 가격대가 매우 비싼 편이라고 본다. 서울 강남 유명빵집보다 비싸보이는 것도 있으니말이다..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 명성에 비해 맛은 정말로 별로입니다. 가격은 서울 빵집보다 더 높고요. 아무리 천연효모와 유기농 밀가루를 썼다지만 만든지 며칠 지난 것 같은 푸석한 식감은 일부러 먼길 찾아간 여행자에게 실망감을 잔뜩 안겨주었습니다.
The taste is really poor for its reputation. The price is higher than Seoul Bakery. No matter how much natural yeast and organic wheat flour was used, the crumbly texture as if it had been made for a few days was a disappointment to travelers who purposely visited a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 남해에 많은 유자를 넣은 슈톨렌이 참 좋다.
빵도 다른 슈톨렌과 달리 약간의 찰기가 있어서 바스라지지 않아 좋다.
다양한 크기의 슈톨렌을 비교적 저렴하게 구입할 수 있다.
빵집 바로 앞은 물건리 방풍림이 있고 해변이 있어서 산책하기도 좋다.
Stollen with lots of citron in Namhae is really good.
Unlike other Stollen, the bread is slightly sticky, so it is good not to crumble.
Stollens of various sizes can be purchased relatively inexpensively.
Right in front of the bakery, there is a windbreak forest in Mulgiri, and there is a beach, so it is good to take a walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a cinnamon swirl. It was very delicious. The texture was good, it had a little bit of chewiness to it. The icing was sweet with some tanginess because it had cream cheese in it. Perfect with a cup of coffee.
The bakery owners were very kind and the selection of baked goods they had there was excellent. I like the location a lot and would visit again.
