They've been so helpful, honest and thoughtful since the start. Plus the clinic is reasonably priced. I felt very comfortable on the day of the procedure, which was two weeks ago now. Every single person I dealt with was friendly and every step of the procedure and after care was outlined in detail. I only wish I had heard about them earlier because they have changed my life. From the first moment I contacted Motion Clinic I have been extremely satisfied with the service, professionalism, and most importantly the results. I was completely bald across the top of my head, but thanks to Motion Clinic now I am not. I look years younger and feel fantastic. In total I have had around 5000 graphs and it looks amazing. Throughout the whole process I did feel a lot of anxiety at times because I was constantly watching my new hair, taking photos and videos, worrying. But Kim knew exactly what I was experiencing and answered every question I had with absolute certainty and remarkable accuracy. Admittedly, I was a little sceptical, but after a short time I completely trusted in the process and was put at ease very quickly because everything happened the way that Kim at Motion Clinic said it would, he is a true professional and an absolute legend. I could go on and on, but if you have lost your hair, or are losing your hair! Don't hesitate or waste another moment. From the moment I came to Seoul to the moment that I left, Mr. Kim and the Motion Clinic staff made sure that I was taken care of. I was impressed with the professionalism, hospitality, and expertise of this clinic. I am two weeks out of my FUE procedure and back in my home country now, but I am very satisfied with my hair transplant so far-- the hair density and hairline shape look very good at this point. The level of English spoken is superb and if you ever have any questions they are very quick to respond. If you are unsure if you even need the procedure you can go in and have a free consultation and they will talk through some options with you without ever feeling pressured to go through with it. I would highly recommend Motion Clinic if you are even having questions or thinking to yourself whether a hair transplant is something you are considering. Kim and all of his staff work with great honesty and openness and make you feel very relaxed and well looked after not only on the day of surgery but anytime after the surgery too. Post surgery they give free hair washes for the next 10 days until you feel comfortable and confident enough to start washing your own hair.

Motion is by far the best choice as they were always quick to answer any questions/concerns I had about the procedure and provide detailed photos/videos (specific examples similiar to my case). And by far, motion was producing better outcomes then many of the top clinics in the US especially when it comes to density. Mr. Kim always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well prepared for the procedure. He made sure he kept my goals in mind and would be honest/realistic about everything. He was in constant communication with me after the initial consult and was able to help me with everything from finding living arrangement, traveling, quarantine information (even offered to send me packages with food). The staff at motion are all very kind, professional, best in the business, and most importantly really care about the patient. Dr. Bahk and the two nurses that worked with me during the procedure are amazing at what they do and I can already tell they did a perfect job even a week after the procedure. They never rushed anything and could tell how detailed they were. Highly recommend motion clinic if you are thinking about getting this procedure done.

Besides cost, I was worried about being able to find a clinic that had experience with African American hair. I had reached out to a number of clinics, but Motion was the only one to provide detailed answers to my questions, as well as photos of previous Black clients. Kim was quite responsive, and when I arrived for my procedure, he walked me through each step of the process to ensure I knew what to expect. They even provided a vegan lunch for me! As for the procedure itself, everything went well, and I’m quite satisfied with the results. I finally have my hairline back! I had, of course, seen the photos of others’ transplants, but when you’re looking at your own in the mirror, it’s surreal. I can’t wait to see what my hair will look like four months from now. Besides everything else, the post-op care has also been amazing. Thank you, Kim, Dr. Park, and the rest of the Motion team!

From the initial consultation, to the details on navigating through Korea during the quarantine, and finally to the day of the procedure and after the procedure. The entire team has been wonderful to work with. Each staff member is very caring, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. The staff never rushed anything on the day of the procedure, even though I was late to the appointment. The post-op care was incredible as well - the daily hair washes felt like getting your scalp massaged at the salon! Even though it has only been less than 2 weeks since the procedure was done, the results look great so far and everything is healing up nicely. For anyone looking to get a hair transplant, I would highly suggest them to give Motion Clinic a consideration. Thanks again Motion Clinic!
