★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제품, A/S 등 전체적으로 서비스가 아주 불만이네요.
식탁은 쩍쩍 갈라져서 서비스 기사도 금일 교체 시에 이런 제품을 처음 본다면서도
식탁 상판만 바꿔 가시네요. 그것도 수차례에 걸쳐 교체 요청을 통해서
교체 약속을 잡았는데 4번이나 약속 일정을 어기고 환불해달라니까,
사용품은 환불이 안된다면서 두달이 질질 끌다가 금일에서야 교체했습니다.
당연히 식탁 전체(의자 포함)를 바꿔줄 것이라 생각했는데,달랑 상판만 바꾸서 의자도 교체 요청했습니다.식탁의자도 앉을 때마다 실금가는 소리가 나고,다리 4개가 각기 레벨이 안 맞아 덜컹거립니다.
이 곳에서 가구 구매하시는 분 참고하시고 구매하세요.판매할 때만 친절하고 제품 배송/사후 서비스는 기대하지 마세요.

I'm just changing the table top. Through multiple replacement requests
I made an appointment for a replacement, but I missed the appointment four times and asked for a refund.
The goods were dragged for two months saying they were non-refundable, and they were replaced only today.
Naturally, I thought I would change the whole table (including chairs), but I changed the table top and asked to replace the chairs.The chairs also sounded insecure every time I sit down, and the four legs are not at the right level.
Please refer to the person who buys the furniture here and buy it.Please be kind when selling and don't expect product delivery / after-sale service.
