김	김준호 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 재개발에서 제외되어 발전 기대 심리조차 충족 시키지 못하니 낙후 라는 두 글자로 낙인이 찍힙니다. 주변에는 새로운 모습의 대형 마트가 여럿 생겼건만, 이런 저런 사정으로 모래내 시장을 떠나지 못하는 상인들이 남아 겨우 시장이라는 명맥만 유지하고 있으나, 하루가 다르게 젊은 세대들로부터 외면 당하면서 존폐 기로에 선 재래시장입니다. 시장 자체적으로 주차장을 마련하지 못하였기에 장 보러 간 사람들은 대로변에 불법 주차를 하고, 여기 저기 둘러보고 흥정하며 군것질 할 틈도 없이 급하게 물건 사서 주차 단속에 걸리지 않으려 냅다 뛰기 일쑤 입니다. 시장 뒷길이나 이면 도로에는 상인들의 자동차가 하루 종일 주차되어 있기에 주차 공간 찾으려 시장 주변을 빙빙 돌다가 결국 근처 마트나 조금 떨어진 대형마트로 차를 돌리는 것이 현실 입니다.
