★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have fire chicken (literally your chicken on fire) here. It's a fun time but in terms of korean fried chicken, i've had better in other restaurants. but still really fun and yummy nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for fried chicken + beer (1pint for 3000w). But please note the chicken portions are for sharing! My friend and I ordered one each (fried chicken (15000w) and the boneless garlic pepper (17000w, they set it on fire as they serve it, quite spicy in quantity but so good) and it was way too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't locate the shop after the cab dropped us (as it was one level above ground level) but someone from a neighboring shop was kind enough to walk us there. The service here is welcoming & one of the ladies in the shop speaks English well. You can half-half your chicken order, allowing you to try the different flavors. Had a great meal here. Thereafter, you can stroll down to Hongdae shopping belt to burn calories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner understands English and she's very friendly! She even took the initiative to shift us to a bigger table as there were 6 of us. Both the fried and garlic spicy sauce fried chicken are awesome! Nice draught beer as well. Definitely a good place to hangout as tourist! =D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't see in my picture, but the chicken and fries come out with a fire burning underneath! Flavorful chicken, and well cooked. I preferred the garlic chicken, but it was nice that they had the option for both flavors. Ambiance wise, it seems to be a good place to meet up with friends or a casual date, with options for bar seating along the side (overlooking the street), or tables in the middle of the room. Also had a great chat with the really friendly and fun chef (who humored my nonexistent Korean). Definitely check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken and beer place in Hongdae with a really hip vibe. We ordered a plate of their fried chicken and garlic chicken along with some Max beer. Chicken came out flaming. It was good. Portions are good for 2 people already.
