★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오래된 것을 완고하게 지켜가고 있는 양조장입니다. 겉으로 보기에는 작은 양조장처럼 보였는데 내부로 들어서니 약 백년의 시간만큼이나 오래되고 가치로 나타낼 수 없는 공간의 시간이 나타나네요. 공간에 대한 건축적인 면과 양조장에서 술이 만들어지는 공정 등 애정을 나타내며 유려하게 양조장 투어를 해주신 대표님께 감사한 마음이 들었습니다. 목도양조장에서 나오는 다섯가지의 시음 테스트가 가능한데, 술도 못하면서 맛보느라 살짝 취하네요. 양조장 앞의 창고는 젊은 층도 공유할 수 있는 문화공간으로 가꾸고 있고, 양조장과 결을 같이하는 50년대 한옥도 공개할 수 있다고 하니 괴산에 가면 꼭 찾아가보시길요.
It is a brewery that stubbornly keeps the old things. From the outside, it looked like a small brewery, but when you step inside, you see a space that is as old as about a hundred years and cannot be expressed in value. I felt grateful to the representative for the elegant tour of the brewery, showing affection for the space and the process of making alcohol in the brewery. There are five tasting tests available at Mokdo Brewery. The warehouse in front of the brewery is being developed as a cultural space that can be shared by young people, and a 50s hanok that shares the same texture with the brewery can also be opened.
