★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 넓은 매장과 좋은 서비스. 훌륭합니다. 기사분들도 많아서 대기 시간도 거의 없었어요. 다만 주차장은 좀 생각보다 작아서 부족해보여요
 Spacious store and good service. That's great. There were a lot of drivers, so there was very little waiting time. However, the parking lot is a bit smaller than I expected, so it's not enough.

서비스가 갈수록 고압적입니다.
무조건 고객 잘못...
대삼성답게 억지도 대~~~ 단 합니다.
고객은 완전 무식한 사람.
그래서 부득이 휴대폰은 삼성거를 쓰지만 모든 가전 제품은 하나 하나 LG로 바꿔갑니다..

약속한 2주가 지나도 아무런 연락이 없었음.
약속한 시일이 되면 재고가 들어왔는지 또는 아직 안들어왔는데 언제 예정인지를
알려줘야 하는데 아무런 연락이 없다가
내가 먼저 연락하니까 그제서야 오늘 들어왔다고 함.
그냥 잊어먹고 있었다는 거...
