4인 정식 시켰는데
이런게 맛있다고들 하시니 할말이 없다.
4시에 밥먹으러 왔다가
다시
7시에 칼국수 집에 저녁먹으러 갔다.

엄청 푸짐해서 배부르게 먹었습니다.
가성비가 떨어지는 선 어쩔 수 없지만..
물회가 제일 괜찮았던 것 같아요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수많은 스끼다시가 처음에 눈을 사로잡음.
하지만, 좋은 구성들도 있는 반면
뭔가 가짓수를 늘리기 위한
구색접시들도 몇개 느껴짐.
사장님과 주방에서 일하시는 분들은
고생하시는 모습이 보여지지만,
홀에서 일하는 젊은 아르바이트 친구들이
왠지 모르게 영혼가출이 보여짐.
물론, 쉬운 일이 아니고 힘든 일이라는 것은
누구나 알고 이해하지만,
손님들 입장에서 다소 아쉬움이 느껴지는
서비스 마인드가 보여짐.
전체적으로 음식은 무난하지만,
서비스 마인드가 조금 더 장착된다면
대박집으로 거듭날 것으로 생각됨.
그런데, 물맛이 좀 이상했음.
이건 누가봐도 그냥 수도물 느낌.
평균객단가가 높을 것으로 예상되는 식당에서
이러한 단점은다소 리스크라고 생각됨.
환경을 위해 식당에서 페트병 생수 사용을 지양하는 것이 맞는 방향이지만,
물맛이 수도물이라면 한 번 고려해봐야 할 듯.
좋은 음식과 이미지에 누가 되지 않으려면
이런 사소한 디테일도 소중히 생각해 주셨으면 합니다.
PS. 디저트로 자유롭게 먹을 수 있는 매실 슬러시는 정말 맛있음.
