김	김돌 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 판교에 있다는게 최대의 장점인 것 같다. 기대를 많이 했는데 특별한 맛을 느끼지는 못했다. 서울에서 시작했다면 이정도 호평을 받기는 힘들었을 것 같다. 긴 웨이팅 후 10시에 입장했는데 재료 소진으로 주문이 가능한 메뉴가 몇가지 없었다. 심지어 11시 조금 넘어서는 주방도 대부분 마감하는 분위기. 미리 알았다면 다음에 1부 예약이 가능한 시간에 다시 예약을 시도했을텐데 참 아쉬운 부분이다. 판교에도 이런 느낌의 업장이 있다는건 참 반가운 일이지만 긴 웨이팅을 감수하면서 갈만한 곳은 아니다. Being in Pangyo seems to be the biggest advantage. I expected a lot, but I didn't feel any special taste. If I started in Seoul, it would have been difficult to receive such favorable reviews. I entered at 10 o'clock after a long wait, but there weren't a few menus that could be ordered due to exhaustion of ingredients. Even the kitchen is finished a little past 11 o'clock. If I knew in advance, I would have tried to make a reservation again at the next available time, which is a disappointment. It's nice to see that Pangyo has this kind of karma, but it's not a good place to go with a long wait.

J	Joo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고오급 느낌이 나는, 술집이지만. 맛은 생각보다 많이 평범한 편이다. 음식이 나오는데 시간이 꽤 걸리며 간이 너무 쎄거나 간이 안맞는 음식들도 있었다. 서비스로 사시미를 조금 받았지만 이것도 사실 입맛에 맞진 않았다. 그리고 옆에 앉아있던 커플 ... 남자 손의 노골적인 스킨십을 직관할 수 있어서 매우 불편했다. 김	김석준 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기대를 많이하고 간 집입니다. 주류를 무조건 시켜야한다는 단점이 있지만, 술을 안먹고 못배길 음식들이라서.... 전반적으로 괜찮은 파인 다이닝의 요리를 단품으로 시켜먹는다는 느낌이 강합니다. 가격대도 적당(?)하고 양이 적어서 다이닝 바 라는 표현이 맞는거 같네요. 다들 시켜먹는 마구로타르타르는 카다이프 면 튀김과 부드러운 참치, 아보카도가 잘 어우러집니다. 아는 맛이긴 한데 정말 맛있는 아는 맛이죠. 간이나 싸먹는 김 또한 좋습니다. 가리비 숯불 구이는 씨알 큰 가리비를 버터 발라가며 직화로 굽고, 마지막에 케비어랑 우니를 올려줍니다. 딱 직관적인 맛이라 좋아요. 메뉴들이 다 직관적이고, 맛있고, 보는 그대로의 맛입니다. 빼놓을 수 없는 대표 메뉴 트러플뇨끼는 한 테이블에서 시키면 향이 다 퍼져서 안시킬 수가 없을거 같네요. 강한 트러플 향과 잘 구워진 뇨끼가 끝없이 들어갑니다. 양이 적은 요리는 아닌데 안먹으면 아쉬울꺼 같아요. 잠깐 스쳐간 전어구이도 템포도 좋고 크기도 괜찮았구요, 서비스로 주신 골뱅이 구이는 무슨 왕우럭조개처럼 서걱거리는 식감에 놀랐네요. 총평으로는 참 맛있는 식당입니다. 우선적으로 좋은 재료와 직관적인 조리법들이 맛있는 요리를 만들어내는거 같습니다. 가격이 조금 비싸긴 해도 꼭 가볼만 한 집입니다.
