이	이윤희 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 마쯔오카 기타 매장에서 컵세트구매 매장에 깨끗한 물건을 안주고 본사에서 택배로 보내줄텐데 가끔 안좋은게 간다고 하면서 매장직원 뻔히 알면서 받아보니 안에 큰박스 딱봐도 지져분하고 그안에 컵든 박스는 입구가 다 찌져저있고 컵에 먼지가 잔뜩 씻어야지 새거임. 기분 완전 상해 이 매장 다시 방문 환불요구하자 이벤트 50만원이상 상품권2만원받은거 반납해야한다고 컵세트는 69900원이고 당일 구매액만 60만원 넘는데 왠 날벼락 1시간 30분잡혀있다가 주차비2천원 지불하고 겨우 환불받고 빠져나옴. 28만원 남편BC카드쓴게 합산되었는데 환불받는 당일 kb체크카드를 주었더니 환불 먼저가 아닌 에궂은 체크카드에서 28만원을 고객센터 여직원이 현금인출해서 정말 깜짝 놀람. 집에 있는 남편 불러서 BC카드 가져와서 결제 날짜만 바꾸면 상품권 반납안해도 된다고 백화점 불친절응대로 차두대로 기름값 날리고 주차비에 고객센터 여직원 체크카드에서 현금을 맘대로 인출해서 너무 놀라 산것도 없는데 28만원을 왜 빼갔냐며ㅜㅜ 다시 넣으라고 도둑맞은 느낌. 이곳 고객응대에 하늘이 노랬다. 그래도 2만원상품권 반납 안해도 되게 날짜변경은 해주었으니 돌아오긴 했지. 실이 더 많은 날이였음은 확실하다 Buy a cup set at Matsuoka Kita Store Don't give clean items to the store The head office will send it to you by courier, but they say that sometimes bad things happen.
