★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제 소견으로는 조금 불만이 컷습니다. 불친절함이기 보다는 소비자에게 불편함을 주는 매장이였는데 사실상 사는 사람 입장에서는 모자를 사는데에 있어 불편함이 매장 직원에게 생긴다면 그것은 문제가 있는듯 싶은데요. 매장 매니저 그리고 직원분들이 소비자들에게 편한 마음으로 다시 방문 할 수 있게 배려를 해줘야 하는데 오히려 소비자와 판매자간의 주객전도가 있지않았나 싶습니다. 짧은 교환 및 환불에 대한 재문도 귀찮은듯이 말하는 목소리는 참 거북했네요.
 In my opinion, I am a bit disgruntled. It is a store that gives consumers discomfort rather than unkindness, but it seems to be a problem if the inconvenience of buying a hat from a living person comes to the store staff. Store managers and employees should be able to come back to consumers comfortably, but I would like to see if there was a customer engagement between the consumer and the seller. The voice about the short exchange and the refund call saying the annoying rumor was horrible.
