공기맑은 산속에 위치해있어 폐암환자분도 오신다는 말이 있고, 김대건 신부의 이름을따서 천주교에서 운영하는 실버타운,요양원 요양병원이 함께있는 곳으로, 환경도,친절함도,그곳에서 생활하시는 어르신들을 보고 여느 사설요양원,요양병원과는 다른 좋은점이 많았다
