★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 판매에 집중하지만 서비스에서는 부진합니다 구입한 제품이 다른걸로 설치되어 문의했지만 일처리가 느리고 매장에만 집중하느라 문의 전화에 무반응이어서 직접 매장으로 찾아가 교체가 가능했읍니다 판매하는 것도 중요하지만 설치 교환 서비스에 신경을 써야될거 같네요
We focus on selling but it is sluggish in service. We inquired with the purchased product because it was installed differently, but the work was slow and we focused on the shop. We did not react to the call, so we were able to go to the store and replace it. I think I should be careful.
