The presentation and taste of the food are excellent with a reasonable price. The cutlery are modern and match perfectly with the dishes.
Definitely worth a visit and surely a Michelin 2 star restaurant.

Great execution by the serving staff - very well versed with the menu, wine and all small details which definitely shows why they have so many awards and also the Michelin recognition. The best dish for me was the lamb. It was really delicious. The wine pairing, 90k won for 3 glasses was quite pricey but it went well with the food.
Would visit again if in Seoul

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time at Mingles. This time trying the winter menu instead of the fall menu in 2019. The items are completely different but chef's personality still shines through managing to balance warm hearty flavours with subtlety and layered sophistication. The black chicken was phenomenal. I always enjoy the crash course of learning more about traditional Korean alcohol everytime I come. Will definitely be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if I even need to write a review about Mingles but all I know is that from all these years, it is one of my fave restaurants to go when I visit Korea. Each of the dishes give you a flavor of both familiar and unexpected, and the combination of the savoring and the attention they give is always enjoyable - let the pictures speak for itself. It definitely is worth the two michelin stars they’ve kept receiving every year. The interior is quite minimalistic with a combination of Korean vibes, and sends a both classic and cozy vibe!
