★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일본식 선술집 겸 짬뽕 겸 초밥 ?
한자리에서 많은 걸 느낄 수 있다.
나가사끼짬뽕을 많이들 먹으러 오는걸 볼수 있다.
일정 시간이 지나면 줄서서 먹기까지 하더라,
그만큼 인지도가 많은 집인 것 같다.
나가사끼짬뽕 17000원인데(2인분)
+초밥까지 해서 세트가격으로 24000에 먹었다.
맛은 얼큰하면서 맵지도 짜지도 않고 중간이상이다.
다만 면보다 숙주가 많다 나는 뭐 면은 잘 안먹기는 하지만 아무쪼록
밑반찬도 넉넉히 담아주는게 2번 부를핗요가 없어서 좋다.
맛 보통보다 조금 더

찬바람부니 뜨뜬한 국물이 넘 생각나는데 나가사키짬뽕 너무 맛있어요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 당진에서 초밥과 회, 나가사키 짬뽕 맛집이라고 알려진곳입니다.
항상 손님이 많고
서빙해주시는분 친절도가 좋습니다.
개인적으로는 수도권과 서울등과 비교했을때 초밥과 짬뽕맛이 뛰어난것은 아닙니다.
당진이라는것을 감안했을때는 괜찮은 퀄리티입니다.
새우초밥은 시판용새우이고 광어 초밥이나 타 초밥은 탄력이 떨어지는 느낌이고 감칠맛보다는 인위적인 단맛이 강합니다.
나가사키 짬뽕은 매운맛을 먹었는데 점점 후반부로 갈수록 느끼한 맛이 강했습니다.
이런저런 단점들이 있지만 친절도와 수도권이 아니라는것을 감안하면 괜찮다고 생각할수 있습니다.
기회가 된다면 참치회나 모듬회를 먹고싶네요.

The hospitality is good.
Personally, sushi and champon flavors are not as good as compared to the metropolitan area and Seoul.
Given that Dangjin is a good quality.
Shrimp sushi is a commercial shrimp, and flatfish and other sushi feel less elastic and have a more artificial sweetness than rich flavor.
Nagasaki champon had a spicy taste, and as I went to the latter half, it felt stronger.
There are some drawbacks, but I think it's ok considering the kindness and not the metropolitan area.
If you have a chance, I want to eat tuna or assorted sashimi.

연어와 돈가스 대만족 !
The salmon sushi sauce is great. Tonkatsu meat quality is great. I haven't tried taco wasabi, but it just tastes a little salty.
Satisfied with salmon and pork cutlet!
