Nice winding road to reach the dam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The color of the water is BEAUTIFUL and you can walk across the dam. The air is refreshi g and not so crowded. Has some street stores selling korean style coffee and fish cakes. When i visited there were busking team playing saxophone and korean drum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely a beautiful place to visit when you're in the city, it takes maybe 20 minutes to drive there from the main downtown area. I think fall or spring would be the best time to come here, as the view will be very Lush and colorful. The only thing that's I would recommend, is drive further down the road to the observation area, because the dam itself has a very small area of visibility.
