★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원로급 치킨 브랜드 중 하나인 멕시카나에서 시켜 먹어봄. 원래는 양념치킨으로 유명한 브랜드이지만 간장이 당겨서 후라이드반 간장반으로 시켜 먹음. 사실 멕시카나에서 시켜 먹어보는 것은 처음이라 기대반 걱정반이었는데 아주 만족스러운 맛이었음. 괜히 30년 넘게 장사하는 게 아닌 듯. 후라이드는 바삭한 튀김옷과 함계 건강한 기름의 향이 제대로 느껴져서 좋았음. 간장치킨도 그냥 소스를 얹은 치킨의 느낌이 아니라 치킨과 함께 졸인 듯한 느낌이 들 정도로 튀김옷에 잘 묻혀져 있고 간장 소스 자체도 깊은 풍미가 느껴짐.
Try it at Mexicana, one of the senior-level chicken brands. Originally a brand famous for seasoned chicken, it was served with soy sauce and half fried and half soy sauce. To be honest, it was my first time trying it at Mexicana, so I was expecting and half worried, but it was a very satisfying taste. It's not like they've been in business for over 30 years. The fried food was good because I could feel the crispy batter and the smell of healthy oil. The soy sauce skin is not just like chicken topped with sauce, but it is so well covered in the batter that it feels like it has been boiled with the chicken, and the soy sauce itself has a deep flavor.
