★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second night we are here .. Enjoyed the ramen here. Owner the Chef was trained in Japan and opened up his shop her. The guy is a perfectionist as all of his pork slices and chicken meat were just right. Finished all the soup. If you are Singaporean get the spicy one which is light add the bamboo shoots and egg. I promise you .. you will love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited Menten in Chungmu-ro. It was delicious. Best ramen we've had in Seoul. Can't recommend them enough! If you are looking for authentic Japanese ramen, Menten is the place to eat. The restaurant is small and intimate but that makes the experience that much more special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shoyu ramen I had both in Japan & Korea. It does taste salty but super mellow and smooth at the same time. The harmony between ramen noodles and soup is wonderful along with properly boiled egg and sous vide chicken.
The owner is polite but strict. He obviously has his own rule to run his place, but it is surely culinary craftsmanship of an honest chef who serves a proper dish.
