★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 두 달 전 중국제 전기 자전거를 샀다. 국토종주를 마치고 약간의 문제해결을 위해 이곳을 찾았다. 대뜸 왜 중국제를 샀냐고 묻는다. 국산 중에는 나의 요구를 충족시키는 자전거가 없었다고 설명했다.
가게에 일이 많아 손 보는데 이틀이나 사흘 걸린다는 대답을 듣고 자전거를 맡겼다. 나흘째 퇴근하면서 전화해 보니 아무것도 안하고 있다. 화가 나서 저녁식사 후 찾으러 간다고 했다.
찾으러 가니 막 오른쪽 패달의 미미라는 작은 베어링 하나 교체했고 뒷브레이크 유압은 도구가 맞지 않아 손 볼수가 없었단다. 유압라인 검사비용까지 합해서 비용을 청구했다.
‘우리나라’ 인터넷에서 흔히 보이는 유압 도구를 하나 사서 직접 해 봤다. 도구가 딱 맞고 수리도 겨우 30분 걸렸다. 그런데 왜 도구가 맞지않는다고 얘기했을까?
자전거 때문에 기분나쁜 경험을 했다.
