Always open when you're drunkenly searching out that 2am junk food fest. Reasonbly clean for such a highly trafficked location. They have those great kiosks where you can order without having to cobble together your order in Korean, too.

Strategic location but very crowded as it's the only McDonald available near gangnam station area. Would definitely recommend you to use the order machine rather than ordering from the counter.

Obnoxiously loud at times, but the biggest issue here is the temperature control. During winter, it's colder than it is outside. Right now, approaching summer, it's hotter inside than it is outside. Please set the thermostat to a comfortable setting. If your customers and employees are sweating or freezing, then there's a problem. Realize there's an initiative to save energy but when it's 22C outside and your restaurant is 27C, then get a damn fan running. Another problem is the lack of complimentary water. Forcing your patrons to pay for bottled water is outrageous. I already paid for a combo (or set as the Koreans call it) and simply want water to cool myself down and keep hydrated after a tough and long commute. Don't lie to us and tell us that you don't have filtered water. I know you do. There are pros. The food quality and quantity is quite consistent. Which it should be, but you'd be surprised how inconsistent a franchise can be. The service is fast and the place is well kept. Even the bathrooms are decent, but a little cramped with a poorly positioned dryer. Unfortunately, being in Gangnam there's a self-conscious culture for their looks. Countless times I've had to wait on men who are spending absurd amounts of time in the mirror, washing, and/or drying. Placing mirrors and dryers in different places would be helpful or get more. There's only one sink here. Sorry, back to the pros. I truly commend this McDonald's for hiring folks with disabilities. They work their butts off and absolutely deserve a raise. They are the ones that keep this place sparkling and orderly that makes it bearable. Their entire workforce is just a machine. They hustle day in and day out. Compliments to your team and the folks that are brilliant enough to hire such awesome people. Just give us some darn complimentary water please?! Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf nearby has water and constantly restocks it on an hourly basis. And they have two sinks... At the very least, set the temperature to a comfortable setting!

This place is located right next to station. It is open for long duration. Very convenient to visit at untimely hours. However it is not 24 hours chain. The place is clean and has good fries..... recommended!!!!

Finally tried the "Create Your Own Taste" burger thingy at McDonald's. Going into this, I knew it was going to be more of a novelty than anything else. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised. The kiosk was pretty easy to use and they had a decent selection. For those of you who are anti-carb, they even offer a lettuce wrap option! At the end of the day, though, it's still just a McDonald's burger. I went with a brioche bun, lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon, pepper jack cheese and garlic aioli. I added on fries and a chocolate shake. There's something magical about those McDonald's shakes. I could see myself being a serious glutton with this system. I'm not sure if there's even a limit to the amount of stuff you can put on a burger. However, at almost 11,000 KRW for a single patty and my selected toppings, it's a bit pricey for a McDonald's burger. I live fairly close to the Gangnam Station location that's offering this service. I would rather go to Firebell as it's also fairly close and fork over the extra 2,000 for a Dr. Leo. The burger patty was nothing special. The bacon was sickly sweet, although the aioli cut down on the sweet just enough. My biggest gripe was with the cheese. While it was a step above standard, it definitely wasn't pepper jack. 5.5/10 because it's super unique and a cool idea. Having the server bring it out to you on a cutting board makes for the perfect mix of hilarity and awkwardness. I'll definitely be back.

I've ordered tall size blend coffee, but it was not enough for what I meant, and ordered.
