추	추지훈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 머릿고기를 사용해서 고기가 존득라고, 사장님께서 토,월을 빼고는 당일 잡은 돼지고기를 사용해서 바로바로 삶아서 사용하신다고 하시더라구요. 고기가 떨어지면 못 드실 수 있습니다. 고기는 괜찮으나, 국물에 특색이 없어요. 특이하게 후추,양념,된장을 같이 넣어주는데 섞기 전 국물을 먹어보면 국물이 갈비탕 끓이다가 만 느낌이고 섞으면 대체 이게 뭐지(?)라는 혼란을 가증 시킵니다. 뭔 맛인지 파악하려다보면 어느새 다 먹는데..참..신기합니다. 진한육수배이스의 그런 국물은 절대 아니고요 특별히 감칠맛이 나지도 않아요. 부산식 돼지국밥이랑은 전혀 다릅니다. 그동안 국밥 꽤나 먹고 다닌 사람으로써 재방문 의사는 없어요. If the meat runs out, you can't eat it. The meat is okay, but the soup has no characteristics. Specially, pepper, seasoning, and miso are added together, but if you eat the soup before mixing, the soup feels like the rib soup is boiled, and if you mix it, it makes you confused that what is this (?). When I try to figure out what it tastes like, I eat it all. It's not like that of thick broth bass, and it doesn't taste particularly savory. It is completely different from Busan-style pork soup. I have been eating a lot of soup so far, and I have no intention of visiting again.

In particular, the meat is softer than Gimcheon in Cheongdo and has no odor. Even though 10 years have passed, my aunt still maintains the taste. So kind. It's a really neat Hansang. It's a good house because there are still less rumors.

What else can you really expect. Don't go out of your way to find out but if you are in the area and want to be a local be sure to stop by.
