★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 샤브전문점이라지만 소고기 편백찜이 메인으로 보입니다. 소고기, 숙주나물 및 야채를 넣은 편백나무 찜통을 샤브샤브 육수 위에 놓고 쪄서 먹는 것인데, 고기 양도 푸짐하고 입맛에 따라 간장깻잎 쌈이나 소스에 찍어 먹으면 맛있어요.
샤브샤브는 순한맛, 매운맛을 동시에 끓이는데 매운맛도 김치 먹으면 먹을 수 있을 정도에요. 샐러드바에는 야채랑 오뎅, 국수밖에 없는데, 샤브샤브 육수 간이 알맞고 소고기 질도 좋아서 고기, 숙주, 야채만 넣어 먹어도 맛있어요.
무한리필(19,900원) 주문하면 소고기 편백찜, 월남쌈 및 소고기 샤브샤브 샐러브바를 무제한 이용할 수 있는데 가성비가 훌륭합니다. 홀에 서빙하시는 분이 안계셔서 속도가 느린게 단점인데, 사장님께서 너무 친철하시고 음식도 추천합니다.
