★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 백년짜장, 완자짬뽕. 둘다 맛있었습니다. 백년짜장은 조금 신기했기도 했네요. 짬뽕 국물이 걸쭉하면서도 담백하기도 했습니다.
100 Years Jjajang, Wanja Jjambbong Both were delicious. Hundrednyeonjajang was a little strange. The champon soup was thick and light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 짜장하나 짬뽕하나 주문하고 양이 적업였는데 적은양이 아니더라고요 ㅋㅋㅋ 짜장면은 평균이상이고 쯔차돌짬뽕이라 조금 느끼한거 빼고는 잘 먹었습니다 이모님들 너무 친절하세요~
I ordered one jjajang and one jjamppong, and the quantity was good, but it was not a small amount ㅋㅋ The jjajangmyeon was above average and I ate it well except for the slightly greasy chajangmyeon, aunts are so kind~

잠실에도 있어서 다녀 왔습니다?
백짜장은 백년짜장이라고도 부르는데 100년
전에는 카라멜과 같은 재료가 없어 장이 하얘서
하얀짜장이 짜장면의 본래 모습이라고 합니다?
매장에 입장하자 마자 백년짜장을 주문 하였고
바로 짜차이와 단무지가 나왔어요☺️
백년짜장을 주문하면 짬뽕국물도 가져다 주는데
얼큰하면서 자극적이지 않아서 좋았습니다?
오이가 올라간 면과 짜장소스가 별도로 나오고
육수는 취향껏 넣어주시면 됩니다?
특히 소스를 다넣으면 굉장히 짤 수 있기 때문에
3스푼 정도 넣고 취향에 맞게 간조절 하면되요☺️
다진마늘도 같이 제공되는데 이것 역시 기호에
맞게 넣어주면 되는데 전체적으로 손님이 직접
간을 맞추는게 저한테는 좋았어요?
본격적으로 맛을 봤는데 짜장면보다는 마제소바
느낌이 강했고 담백한 맛이였습니다?
엄청 서프라이즈한 굉장한 맛은 아니지만 한번씩

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한때 큰 호기심을 자극하며 강하게 먹고싶다는 욕망을 불러일으키게 했던 하얀짜장. 의외로 처음 먹었을 때에는 생각보다 특별하지 않아 놀랐던 기억이다. 그럼에도 된장에 가까운 묘하게 중독성일는 맛 덕에 만다복을 들르게되면 매번 하얀짜장을 주문한다. 먹는 중간에 다진 마늘을 넣어 먹으면 또 다른 맛의 조화를 느낄 수 있고, 마지막엔 밥 반공기 정도 넣어 비벼먹으면 든든한 한끼가 된다. 폭신한 식감의 탕수육도 특별하진 않지만 고민없이 주문하게되는 편. 하지만 당황스럽게도 오랜만에 방문한 만다복에선 짜장보다 삼선짬뽕을 주문한 테이블이 훨씬 많았다고 한다.

Sweet and sour pork with a soft texture is not special, but it is easy to order without any worries. However, to my dismay, it is said that there were far more tables that ordered Samseon Jjamppong than Jjajang at Mandabok, which I visited after a long time.
