Pros: Soup tastes amazing. High quantity. Super crispy fried shrimp. Unlimited curry and rice. Cons: It takes time. It's not good to come here when you have only 1 hour from HYU. PS: This udon is way better than yukyuk-udon from Udon Gajoku, which is near HYU station. Highly recommended. Korean and English Pros: The soup is really crazy. Unpleasant and hearty Fried shrimp is very crispy. Curry and rice are infinitely refilled. Cons: comes out late. If it is 1 o'clock after 12 o'clock, it may not be a good option Addition: This is more neat and tasty than Udon Gajoku's meat udon. It seems to come often. Pros: Soup tastes amazing. High quantity. I had the cold udon noodles, and the noodles were so chewy and delicious. Naengmyeon with meat was good because it tasted a lot of meat

Including the shrimp tempura, the soba was very reasonably priced. As the restaurant's name says, only one chef. The dishes are thoughtfully cooked and presented to us. I may visit again but probably won't go out of my way. The server was kind and quite friendly.. BTW no parking. You have to find a spot somehow.
