닭볶음탕과 꼬막무침이 메인이고 음식의 퀄은 나쁘지도 그렇다고 훌륭하지도 않지만 가격대에 비해 괜찮은 편입니다

메인메뉴는 닭볶음탕, 묵은지닭볶음탕, 코다리구이이며 추가메뉴로 꼬막무침, 해물파전 등 메뉴가 다양합니다. 물과 술, 음료는 셀프입니다.
메인메뉴인 묵은지 닭볶음탕을 주문했습니다. 굵게 썰어 익힌 감자에 묵은지김치 그리고 닭볶음을 익혀 나와 데우면 바로 먹을 수 있습니다.
다른 메뉴를 맛보기 위해 해물파전을 추가로 주문했습니다. 해물파전은 오징어, 새우, 조갯살 등 다양한 해물과 파를 그대로(누르지 않고) 익혀 나왔는데 푸짐한 양에 놀랄 뿐입니다. 해물파전을 어떻게하면 이렇게 맛있게 부칠수 있냐고 물으니 노하우로 잠시 수다를 떨어 봅니다.
닭볶음탕 국물에 밥 한공기를 볶아먹는 맛도 기가 막힙니다(들기름을 넣어 볶은 듯) 처음 방문하는 식당인 경우 다른 손님들이 주로 뭘 주문해 먹는지를 살피는 것도 스스로 터득한 노하우인 듯 합니다.
Jeongjeongah Restaurant is said to have opened in 1984.
The main menu is Dak-bokkeum-tang, Saengji Dak-bokkeum-tang, and Kodari-grilled dishes, and as additional menus, there are various menus such as marinated skewers and seafood pancakes. Water, alcohol and drinks are self-service.
I ordered the main menu, Mungji Dakbokkeumtang. You can eat it right away by boiling and warming the kimchi and stir-fried chicken on thick sliced potatoes.
I ordered an additional seafood pancake to taste the other menu. Seafood pancake is cooked with various seafood such as squid, shrimp, and clam meat as it is (without pressing it), but you are only surprised at the generous amount. When asked how to serve seafood pancake so deliciously, we talked about the know-how for a while.
The taste of frying a bowl of rice in Dakbokkeumtang soup is also amazing (as if it was fried with perilla oil).

오픈한지 얼마 안되어서
아직 점심장사를 안한다고 해서
꿩대신 닭 심정으로 찾아간 집
나는 그럭저럭 괜찮다고 생각했는데
주방 할머니들이 메뉴 고르는데
조언을 훨씬 넘어서서
필요 이상으로 참견을 하시는 바람에
일행이 X쳐서 당분간 안갈듯;;;
참... 그리고 꼬막 제철인 이 시즌에
냉동꼬막을 쓰시는 듯

1. 반찬들은 대체적으류 입맛에 맛습니다.
2. 혼자인데 부담스러울반큼 반찬가지수가 많네요.
단점
1. 육수가 그렇게 입맛에 맞지가 않앗어요. 약간싱거웟다고 해야하나...
2. 저는 닭볶음 정식을 시켯는데 닭가슴살 정식이 나온것같앗습니다. 부드러운 부분은 없고 닭가슴살만 있더라구요... 그래서 남길수 밖에 없엇습니다..
Advantages
1. Side dishes are generally delicious to taste.

Disadvantages
1. The broth doesn't suit your taste. I should say it's a bit sour ...
2. I tried a chicken stir-fry set up. There is no soft part and only chicken breast ... so I had to leave it ..
