★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 공과금을 오늘까지 내야해서 자동화기기에 넣고 집으로 돌아왔는데 4시반 넘어서 은행직원이 공과금 영수증을 잘 못 넣어서 돈을 반환해야한단다 오늘까지 내야하는거다 라고했더니 두달기한남았단다 2500원 할증료 나온다고했더니 네라고 그게뭐 대수냐는 식으로 말한다 내가 잘못 넣어서 어쩔수없다는데 내가 잘 못한줄 어떻게 아냐? 기계가 공과금영수증을 받아서 돈이 빠져나갔는데 왜 내잘못이냐 은행직원은 우리는 해줄수 있는게 없단다 . 아 짜증나... 얘기하고있는데 돈이 통장에 들어와 있다고 연락와있는데 황당하고 정말 억울하고 누군지 아는데 가서 따질까?생각하다가 우리 애기가 놀랄까봐 그러지도 못하고

The machine got a bill and the money went out. Why is it my fault? The bank employee can't do it. It's annoying ... I'm telling you that money is in my bank account, but it's absurd and really intimidating.

보안카드가 없어져서 재발급 받을겸해서 잠깐 들렀는데요. 계좌 확인하다가 거래중지계좌가 있다고 닫을지 물어보더라구요. 그래서 뭣좀 확인하고 말씀드리겠다하고 5분? 정도 체크하고 있었는데 대뜸 빨리 대답을 주셔야 자기가 처리하고 다음분 받을 수 있다고 언성을 높이더라구요. 아니 제가 삼십분이상 죽치고 앉아있던 것도 아니고 대기하던 사람도 3-4명? 11시반쯤에 간거면 은행 닫을때까지 차고넘치게 여유있었는데 그런식의 태도는 좀 아닌거 같네요.

So I'm going to check something and tell you, 5 minutes? I was checking the level, but they raised their voices saying that if you give an answer quickly, you can take care of it and receive the next one. No, I didn't sit there for more than 30 minutes, and there were 3-4 people waiting? If I went around 11:30, I had plenty of room until the bank closes, but I don't think that's the attitude.
