★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전화 주문하는데 전화받은 중년 여성분 메뉴 안내도 건성이고 주문 중에 갑자기 전화 끊으라고 소리를 지르네요.
전화로 배달 가능여부 확인하고 첫 마디로 육개장에 면이 들어간거랑 안들어간걸 별도로 판매하나 여쭤봤더니 “아니 그건 메뉴가 따로 있잖아요” ???저를 손님이 아니라 거기 종업원으로 착각하신것 같은데..;;
그러려니하고 넘기고 배달료 3.000원을 24.000원 부터 빼준다고해서, 메뉴 이것저것 추가했더니 중간에 바쁘다고 전화 끊으라고 하시네요. 전화안내가 그렇게 귀찮으시면 배달 장사를 하질 마셔야죠^^
체인점인것 같은데 같은 상호명 보면 들어가지도 말아야겠어요. 손님이 왕은 아닙니다만 도를 넘어서서 종 대하듯 하대하네요. 이런 사람 밑에서 직원들이 고생할게 눈에 훤합니다.
이런곳 절대 먹어보고 싶지도 가보고 싶지 않네요. 정말 불쾌했습니다.
 When ordering over the phone, the middle-aged woman who answered the phone's menu guide is also dry, and while ordering, she suddenly shouts to hang up the phone.
I checked on the phone to see if delivery was possible, and the first thing I said when I asked if yukgaejang was sold separately with or without noodles, “No, it has a separate menu.”
They said that they would deduct 3.000 won for delivery from 24.000 won, so I added this and that on the menu, and they told me to hang up because they were busy in the middle. If you're too bothered by phone information, don't run a delivery business.
It looks like a chain store, but if you see the same business name, you shouldn't even go inside. The customer is not a king, but he goes beyond the norm and treats him like a servant. It is clear that the employees will suffer under such a person.
I never want to eat or go to a place like this. It was really unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 자주 시켜 먹는 집입니다. 맛도 맛있는 편입니다. 근데 요즘 육개장에는 고사리가 별로 없고 파만 많이 들어있는지 모르겠습니다. 어릴때 먹던 육개장이 먹고 싶어지는 계절이네요
