★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원 들 태도가 별로. 이럴거면 다른대 갈걸. 말투도 별로.맘에든건 라나도 없음.돈아까워;;절대 가지마세요 제 아버지랑 동생은 다 인상찌푸리고 나왔어요;;;말투좀 고쳐주세요,말하는태도도.
Staff attitude is not good. If it's going to happen, I'll go elsewhere. I don't even speak Lana. I don't like Lana. Don't go away. My father and sister are all frowning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the raccoons are super chonky (i'm talkin unhealthy chonkerinos here). staff are pretty unprofessional, which i'm willing to chalk up to a lack of training. i wouldn't give this place your patronage -- there are plenty of other themed cafes in seoul, and they undoubtedly treat their animals better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not support this. Strongly recommend this if you like watching sad animals. Staffs are rude and uncaring for the animals. Purposely thirst them so that they don’t pee everywhere.
