★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 공사 당일 날짜도 착각해서 어디쯤 오시냐고 물어보니 공사 날이 오늘인가요? 하고 되묻고 예약시간보다 1시 반 정도 늦게와서 그날 오전에 다른 곳 약속도 펑크났고
예약 당시 소송 증빙 서류로 필요하니까 공사 오는 날 명함과 영수증도 같이 가져와 달라고 했는데요
명함은 아예 안 챙겨오고 영수증은 비에 젖어서 쓰지도 못 하는 거로 써드릴까요? 하더군요
결국 명함은 인터넷 검색해서 나온 명함을 찾고 영수증은 재촉해서 문자로 받았습니다 사업은 신용이 생명이고 "착한"이라는 단어에 신뢰가 가서 공사 의뢰했는데 공사 날짜 착각에 시간 약속도 어기고
미안하단 사과도 없고 최악입니다
공사하기 전에는 가해자 집으로부터 지속적인 피해를 당해서 극심한 스트레스를 겪었고 이번에도 피해를 입어 형사 고소 후 공사 의뢰하는 거라는 상황 설명을 하니까.. "나 들으라고 하는 말인지" "요즘은 이웃끼리 야박하네요"라는 말을 하지 않나 너무 어처구니가 없더군요..
너무 성질이 나서 다른 업체 부를 테니 가라고 하려다 꾹 참았습니다 참고로 형사 상 피해로 인한 원상 복구 공사 의뢰 시 포크레인 진입에 의한 마당 잔디, 토지, 시설물 등의 공사 전후 사진 반드시 찍어두고 변경된 점 있으면 공사 당일 현장에서 바로 얘기하고 확인서 받아 두세요
시간 지나서 얘기하면 발급 거부합니다. 소송 준비 차 증인 확보 차원에서 마당 잔디의 공사 전후 상태 확인서 부탁한 건데요 포크레인이 진입하며 흙길로 변한 땅이 시간이 지나면 다시 잔디가 나는 줄 알고 지켜봤다가 얘기한 건데
복잡한 일에 엮이기 싫어서인지 조경 업체에 알아보라는 말만 하고 발급 거부합니다
