★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 홍어삼합에 삼겹살이 아니라 소머릿고기를 줍니다.
먹기전까진 신기하게 생각했는데 먹어보니까 왜 삼함에 소고기를 안쓰고 돼지삼겹살을 쓰는지 이해되더군요. 머릿고기는 조합이 안맞는것 같아요.
머릿고기 껍질에는 털이 너무 많이 있어서 혐오스러웠습니다.
홍어도 좀 신선한느낌보다는 말라버린 느낌입니다.
요리를 2가지 시켜먹는데 기본찬으로 떠먹는 국물이 없어서인지 뭔가 섭섭하네요.
Skate sampyeops instead of samgyeopsal.
I thought it was amazing until I tried, but I understand why I don't use beef in samsam and pork belly. The head meat doesn't seem to match.
It was disgusting because there was too much hair on the skin of the head.
Skates are also dried rather than fresh.
I have two dishes, but I'm sorry to hear that there's no broth.
