'대인'설렁탕이라길래 따런(大人)을 떠올리며 '사장님이 대인이신가 하하핳'하며 속으로 아재개그 시전하고 있었는데 간판보고 머쓱해졌다ㅎ.. 大仁.. 좋은 이름인것같다. 거의 아점 시간에 갔는데도 벌써 한 테이블이 다녀간 흔적이 보였다. 테이블은 4인용 테이블 6개가 2×3 배열로 있었다. "고기설렁탕 하나 주세요."를 외치고 5초간 '보통? 특?' 엄청나게 고민하다 결국 특으로 주문했다. '다먹을 수 있을까, 너무 배부른건 싫은데'하며 걱정했지만 괜한 걱정이었다. 평소 설렁탕을 자주 먹진 않아서 설잘알 까진 아니지만 지금껏 먹어본 설렁탕 중에 가장 맛있었다. 프랜차이즈 국밥집의 인위적인 껄쭉함과 뽀얀색깔을 싫어하는데 이 곳의 국물은 점성과 색이 알맞게 좋았다. 또한 고기가 매우 부드러웠으며 큼직한 크기로 입안에 넣었을 때 가득 차는 그 느낌이 정말 좋았다. 보통으로 시켰으면 이 맛있는 고기를 조금 먹었을텐데, 본능적 감각으로 특을 주문한 나의 판단력이 자랑스러웠다. 한 가지 특이했던 점이 있다면, 보통 국밥집에서는 입장과 동시에 "○○국밥 하나요~" 외친 뒤 착석하고 수저 깔고 물 따라서 두 모금 마시면 음식이 나오는 K-패스트푸드인데 여기는 달랐다. 주문하고 10분이상은 기다린것 같다. 바쁘게 호다닥 끼니 해결하실 분들에게는 다소 긴 시간일 수 있을 것 같다. 다 쓰고나니 리뷰가 아니라 일기가 되었네.. 난 칭찬은 길게하고 쓴소리는 짧게하려 노력하는 편이라 내 리뷰가 길다는건 좋다는 뜻이다 ㅎㅅㅎ 한 줄 요약 : 맛있다. 맛있으니까 특으로 먹자. These days it's getting chilly, and you're naturally looking for hot soup. I wanted to go to a franchise soup restaurant in my neighborhood. I thought I wanted to eat something better. 'Daein' is called Seolleongtang, which reminds me of a great man (大人), and the boss was throwing a jagag inside. Even though I went to almost blushing time, I could see that there was already a table. The table had six four-person tables in a 2 × 3 arrangement. "Please give me one meat soup." Special? ' I was terribly worried and finally ordered a special order. 'I can eat everything, I don't want to be too full', but I was worried. I don't usually eat Seolleongtang so I didn't know how to eat it but it was the most delicious Seolleongtang I've ever had. I hate the artificial thickness and immaculate color of the franchise soup. The soup here has a good viscosity and color. Also, the meat was very tender and I felt really good when it was full in size. I would have eaten a little bit of this delicious meat if I had made it normal, but I was proud of my judgment that I ordered a special instinct. One thing that was unusual was that Kuk Fast Food, which usually comes out when you eat in Korean soup restaurants, is seated, cutlery, and sips along the water. I've waited more than 10 minutes after ordering. It may be a long time for those who are busy busy solving. It's not a review, it's a diary. I'm trying to lengthen the compliment and shorten the bitter sound. It means that my review is long. One line summary: delicious. It's delicious, so let's eat it specially.
