★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly & kind staff . Didn't realise I could bring my charger for my phone; it went so low at half of my appointment but luckily when I asked they charged my phone for me ?. Free wifi & tea/coffee & snack for customers. Great service! Lovely spacious atmosphere with mainstream western music. Discount if using cash instead of card.
I got hair colour done (lavender ombre) which required possibly double bleaching (but turned out I only needed one bleach) & a hair cut. Hair colour was less vibrant than what I showed them but still nice & subtle depending on the light - would have liked more colouring. The bangs he gave me didn't look anything like the photo i showed either...a little disappointed but with a bit of work, I can hide with a boppy pin . They also asked to take photos of my hair which I agreed & I also requested them to be sent to my Kakao Talk (which was how I got in contact with the hairdresser) but it's been over a week & have yet to get a reply from them despite messaging them a few days ago...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here was really nice. They can speak English pretty well and they even give you a drink and snack while you get your hair done. It is on the pricey side, but I would recommend it if you ever visit Seoul. My hair came out great! They seem very professional and they take the time to get you the hair style that you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found out about this place from watching Joan Kim, who recommends this place a lot.
I did a haircut and dying, the whole thing took about 4 hours. The staff is really friendly and offer you drinks and snacks, and constantly check up on you to make sure you're comfortable. I'm not fluent in Korean, but they were very patient and I had nice conversations with them (if you don't speak any Korean, most of them can speak basic English so you should be fine).
The whole thing cost around 375,000 won (with the Joan Kim discount). It's a but pricey but it was worth every dollar. They did my hair exactly as I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumio has been a phenomenal experience! My friends and I got our hair bleached, dyed and cut and it looks absolutely amazing! They provide excellent customer service, are english friendly for foreigners, and pay very close attention to every detail. Captian Housae who is famous on insta and youtube (insta: leekyungyong84) is an amazing professional hair stylist and really enjoyed my time here and especially the final product! Highly recommend this place and definitely coming back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did sugaring for the first time at Lumio cause I heard good reviews - it didn't disappoint! My legs are so soft and smooth. Seol Hwa is really friendly, detailed and professional. She can also speak English fairly well so if you are not fluent in Korean, don't worry too much.
