데스크는 텅 비어있고, 세트메뉴 주문후 받기까지 정확히 15분걸림.
종업원은 청소할때 끼던 비닐장갑 그대로 끼고 음식 만짐.
별하나가 아까운곳
 The slowest and dirtyest place in Lotteria I've ever been to.
The desk is empty, and it takes exactly 15 minutes to receive the set menu after ordering.
Employees wear plastic gloves worn during cleaning and touch food.
One star is a waste

Maybe it's because of the unmanned payment machine, the staff simply delivers the food ordered, so I don't feel any kindness at all.

The male staff is so unfriendly. Please correct it. I didn't want to work, so I was forced to eat, so it was very uncomfortable to sit down and eat. I wonder how they train their employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 알반지 주인인지 게시된 영업마감 전에 이미 업무 마감한 듯 보여 확인 차 물어보니 잘 안 들려서 그런다고 쳐도 '뭐라고?' 라며 반말 찍찍. 마감하냐고 물으니 '마감했어' 또 반말.
다시 방문 할 일은 없겠음.

친절한 키오스크까지는 비슷해도 최소한 감자튀김 대신 황천의 말라비틀어진 무말랭이가 나오지 않으니...
It's still better than that one on the 9th floor of the same building
Even if it's similar to a friendly kiosk, at least the dried dried radish of the Nether doesn't come out instead of french fries...
