★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is opened just 2 months ago in September 2021. They have a long way to go.
On a positive side this place is relatively less expensive (not cheap) than the other departmental stores or any outlets inside the city.
If you can “read korean” then you can reach here via public transport like bus. (Duolingo app helped me here). No subway as of 2021.
There are some basic issues what they have to address in priority.
1. No reception on information center at the entrance
2. They do have a info center in 2nd floor. But no English maps :-(
3. This place is spread out in a vast area. So without proper maps it is really difficult to finds what you need
4. Almost all sign boards are targeted for locals. No English almost all place (except for shop names )
5. In food court and surrounding areas relatively less free space to sit and eat on your own as most of the sitting spaces are occupied by restaurant chairs.
I liked the free play area for kids.
It was quite well maintained with a mini fountain.
