★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 집앞이라 자주갑니다 장보고 옷살때마다 편리하게 이용하고있습니다. 주말에 주차장이 밀리는것만 빼면 괜찮습니다
 It's in front of my house, so I go often. I use it conveniently every time I go shopping or buy clothes. It's ok, except for the parking lot being crowded on the weekends.

It is clean and there are many products. Events are good by running several brands. Clothing store staff are sometimes unfriendly. There is no sincerity in fast food food or menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물이 쭉 길게 되어있어서 길찾기가 편한데 A동 B동 나뉘어져 있어서 걷기 힘듦 다리아프지만 세일 40%+20%=52% 이 50퍼가 많아서 겨울옷 잘 산것같다
The building is long, so it is easy to find the way, but it is difficult to walk because it is divided into A and B buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 깔끔하고 골프웨어사러갓는데 다른 와이드앵글보다 여기와이드앵글옷이 이쁜게있고 캘러웨이에서도 하나질러버림...부여롯데아울렛 모다아울렛 등등 다른곳보다 이쁜거있는거같아요
I went to buy golf wear neatly, but there are some prettier wide angle clothes here than other wide angle ones, and I threw one out at Callaway... I think there are some prettier ones than other places like Buyeo Lotte Outlet, Moda Outlet, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 롯데 마트 수완점 고객센터는 고객 대접을 제대로 안하는 느낌입니다. 고객센터에서 반품을 하라고 직접 수완점억 갔는데 고객센터 여직원분께서 대때 자기는 받을수 없다고 차갑게 말씀하시고 알아보지도 않고 나보고 다시 고객센터에 전화해서 바꿔주라고 하고 일부러 갔는데도 저를 이상한 사람 취급한 느낌을 너무 받아서 딸과 저는 황당하고 이큰 마트에서 이래두돼나 직원 교육안하나라는 생각을 하게 됍니다.
이런점이야 말로 고객센터는 마트 얼굴인데 개선이 돼야하는거 아닐까라고 생각됩니다.
저는 정말 기분 너무 나빴습니다.
상습적으로 반품하는 사람도 아니고 일부러 반품힌것두 아니고 제품반품하고 다시 마트에서 다른제품도 더 많이 샀는데도찝찝한기분으로 돌아와서 ~~~
Lotte Mart's Suwan branch customer center doesn't treat customers properly. I went to the customer center directly to ask for a return, but the customer center female employee coldly told me that she could not receive it, and without looking at me, I called the customer center again and asked to change it. My daughter and I were absurd and made us think that there is no training for the staff at this big mart.
This is the point where the customer center is the face of the mart, and I think it needs to be improved.
I felt really bad.
I am not a habitual returner, nor did I return it on purpose. I returned the product and bought more other products at the mart, but I came back with an uneasy feeling ~~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 넓고 마트와 영화관 아울렛 식사까지 한번에 다 가능한 공간이라 자주애용합니다. 전기차 충전기를 완충까지 가능한, 좀더 고사양으로 갯수를 늘려주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 40분 충전후 차를 이동하지 않으면 벌금이라 쇼핑중에 강제귀가 했습니다. 약간 당황스럽습니다. 대형 쇼핑센터인데 전기차 충전 속도도 느려서 약간 놀랐습니다.

I hope that the number of EV chargers can be increased to a higher specification that can be fully charged. If you do not move the car after charging for 40 minutes, you will be fined, so you were forced to go home while shopping. It's a bit disconcerting. Although it is a large shopping center, I was a little surprised by the slow charging speed of electric vehicles.
