She mentioned I cannot use their service as I am a resident in South Korea. But this makes no sense as i can buy everything duty free from incheon airport!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of brand name labels and the latest fashion clothing, but the prices are still high and very expensive. You would need to have your passport and plane ticket in order to buy. They will deliver the purchaed items at the airport upon your departure time.
