★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 난 미각 장벽이 1cm로 저질입맛이지만 부산출신이기 때문에 밀면, 돼지국밥에 대한 평가잣대는 좀 높은 편이다.
밀면, 양이 많으니 곱배기는 안 시켜도좋다. 다대기를 갖다 주시지는 않아 겨자 식초로 간을 해야한다. 다대기가 많이들어가야 제맛인데..달라고 하기가 미안한 분위기라 패스ㅜ 밀면을 추억하는 사람들, 호기심에 처음 먹어보는 사람들..그 중 한 부류도 만족시키지 못 할 것이다. 면은 기계면이다보니 예상하는 딱 그 면이다. 육수가 좀 심심하다는게 아쉬웠다. 냉면과 차별점이자 경쟁점이 다대기인데..
돼지국밥, 심심하다. 역시 다대기를 갖다주셨다면 훨씬 나았을것같다. 진한육수가아니라 아쉬웠고. 생부추가 나왔지만 사실 고춧가루와 새우젖으로 살짝 무쳐나왔어야..돼지국밥은 원래 밥이 열번 정도의 토렴 후 말아져나와야 진하게 뜨겁고 제맛인데 따로 나와 뚝배기임에도 미지근하고 싱겁다.
프랜차이즈가 아니라면 사장님이 약간 더 신경쓰시면 잘 될것같다. 가격이 매우 착하니까

If it is not a franchise, it will be good if the boss worries a little more. Because the price is very good.

국밥도 맛있고 밀면도 맛있어서
완전 만족했습니다.
갈때마다 비빔, 물같은비빔, 국밥 골고루 시켜서 다~~ 먹고 옵니다.
이제 날이 쌀쌀해졌으니 얼큰 국밥 먹으러 가야겠네요
