김	김하나 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정말 여러군데 비교하고 또 비교해보고 신중하게 골랐습니다.. 아무래도 비용이 너무 비싸서 이삿짐을 포기하고 그냥 미국 도착해서 사야하나 걱정했는데 매니저님들도 친절하게 응대해주시고 무조건 리함을 이용하라고 강요하는 식이 아니라 여러부분을 다 비교해주시면서 컨설팅해주시더라구요,, 이런 회사라면 문제가 생겨도 그에 대한 처리도 확실하게 해줄것같아서 믿고 선택했습니다. 물류팀 분들도 너무 열심히 포장해주시고 사소한거라도 안빠뜨리고 저한테 "이건 어떻게 하실건가요~ 포장해드릴까요?" 라며 일일히 소통하며 포장진행해주졌습니다. 주변에도 강추하겠습니다 ^^ I really did a lot of comparing and comparing and choosing carefully. I was worried that I would have to give up moving luggage and just arrive in the US because the cost was too expensive, but the managers were kind to me and they gave me consulting while comparing various parts, rather than forcing me to use Liham unconditionally. I chose this company with confidence because I thought they would surely handle it even if there was a problem. The logistics team also packs very hard and doesn't leave out even the smallest thing and asks me, "How are you going to do this? Shall we pack it?" He communicated daily and proceeded with packing. I will recommend it to everyone around ^^

They sent a container of my family earlier than I made a contract with the boss of Riham without any confirm from me and we had to pay twice for maintenance fee and delivering fee to local moving firm. However, I haven't got any apology from Rohan so far. This is the most terrible moment. Please don't make a contract with them if you have a plan to move overseas.
