★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020년 5월 31일(일) 11시 21분에 샌드위치 2종, 식빵 등 16,750원어치를 진주혁신LH점에서구매하였고(통신사 할인 적용)
집에 돌아와 12시 40분 즈음 샌드위치를 먹는 도중 급격한 설사 증상이 있어 샌드위치 식빵을 확인한 결과 주변에 곰팡이를 발견하였고
13시 즈음 진주혁신LH점에 방문하였으나 매장에는 아르바이트생만 있었고 사장이 연락이 안된다는 이유로 별도의 안내 없이 계속 대기만 하다가 돌아왔으며 환불보다 사장의 사과가 받고 싶었음
진주시에 곰팡이 사진과 함께 민원을 넣었지만 국민신문고 공무원의 답변은 "점검 당시에는 판매대에 샌드위치 재고가 없었으며, 유통기한이 경과 되었거나 변질된 제품은 발견하지 못하였으나, 향후 식품 취급기준 등을 철저히 준수하여 영업할 것을 행정지도 하였음을 알려 드립니다"
샌드위치 재고가 없었다고??
다른 건 모르겠는데 샌드위치는 꼭 사기전에 한번 더 확인해 보시길...
