You can measure customer satisfaction and impression from the comments. For me personally, the main room air conditioner broke down from July 27, when I tried to request maintenance service. On July 28, I was surprised that the maintenance service was closed due to the Eid holiday. I went to them on Tuesday 4 August, but unfortunately no one received us, and I had to wait until Wednesday 5 August, and an appointment was made on the following day the morning period, from 8:30 am Until 12:30 noon, the frustrating thing about the matter is that I have not stopped calling them, to the point where I wait for 20 minutes in one call, and every time they say the technician will visit you, and I have not despaired despite my intense anger at LG, until 5 pm, then I was informed by an automatic message that working hours ends at five in the evening !!
Today is August 8, and the LG air conditioner is still out of order, and no one from the LG agent called me, "Ibrahim Shaker", the truth is that many customers are upset, in the branches of the main cities Al-Khobar, Riyadh and Jeddah, I think that the LG company Perhaps, in the future, choose Japanese products that have customer-respectful maintenance
