★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서현역 4번출구 앞 빌딩 2층에 있는데 방역 활동이 철저하게 실천되고 있고, 입구에서 부터 친절함이 묻어난다. 공간도 넓고 의자도 충분히 배치돼 있다. 어제 콜센터에 문의해서 예약해놓은 물건 찾는 과정도 매끄럽고 신속하게 처리해주었다.
It is located on the second floor of the building in front of Seohyeon Station Exit 4, and quarantine activities are thoroughly practiced, and kindness is evident from the entrance. The space is spacious and the chairs are well arranged. I contacted the call center yesterday and the process of finding the item I had reserved was handled smoothly and quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 핸드폰 고장으로 방문하게 되었는데 서현역에서 도보 5분이내 위치접근성이 좋고, 점심시간에도 접수는 키오스크나,직원 통해서 예약 진행 할수 있어서 좋았어요.접수후 엔지니어분 상담절차도 매우 친절하셔서 기분좋게 수리받고 왔습니다. 출근해서 갑자기 핸드폰 전원이 켜지질 않아 점심시간 이용해서 다녀 왔는데 직장인을위해 매주 월/수/금 , 18시~19시까지 핸드폰이나 PC제품 고장 접수 가능한 GoodEvening서비스가 있으니 참고하세요.(홈페이지 예약 하세요)
I came here due to a cell phone breakdown, and the location was very accessible within a 5-minute walk from Seohyeon Station, and it was nice to be able to make a reservation through a kiosk or staff even during lunch time. I went to work during lunchtime because my phone suddenly didn't turn on, so please note that there is a GoodEvening service for office workers who can report cell phone or PC malfunctions every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 18:00 to 19:00. (Please make a reservation on the website.)
